The Brooklands Double Twelve Motorsport Festival is taking place on the 16th & 17th June 2012. As well as the Double Twelve Driving Concours in which 144 competitiors in 12 classes will compete over the weekend on the Museum site, The Double Twelve Speed Trials will take place on the Saturday on the Mercedes-Benz World Circuit. The competition elements of the weekend are being organised by the Vintage Sports-Car Club on behalf of the Museum. With a trade village and family entertainment to complement the action, together with Test Hill Challenge on Sunday afternoon (vehicles up and down Test Hill, C5s, bicycles and running races), there will be plenty to see and do to make this a great weekend for enthusiasts and families alike. Tickets purchased on the day will be £15 for adults, £6 for children aged 5-16 and £37 for a Family ticket covering 2 adults and up to 3 children. The closing date for tickets purchased online is June 12th and all advance tickets purchased will be sent out two to three weeks before the event. Children under 5 years are free. Please note that specially discounted tickets for Brooklands Trust Members are available at £2 from the Museum Shop either in person or 01932 857381 ext 268.
